Aug 13 - Daily and SO GLAD TO BE BACK

So glad to be back! I'm happy to be on my routine and hopefully on track. I am almost done house sitting at night and after that life should be calm for a month.

FOOD:

  • Coffee
  • Assorted fruit
  • Breakfast potatoes
  • Rice noodle veggie soup leftovers with corn tortilla tostadas for dipping
  • Popcorn
  • Hummus and Kettle chips
WATER: 74.4 oz

ACTIVITIES:
  • 10 minutes walking Viola
  • 10 minutes heavy cleaning
  • 50 minutes walking
