July 28 - Daily

FOOD:

  • Bread
  • Oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon, and honey
  • Leftover noodles with peanut sauce
  • Kettle chips 
  • Leftover vegan fried rice
  • Berry sorbet (hey! I resisted my favorite icecream of all time and got this instead)
WATER: 64.6 oz

ACTIVITIES:
  • 30 minutes walking to/from office
  • 5 minutes walking Viola
  • 25 minutes heavy cleaning
Note: After not being as active over the weekend, and eating (healthier) treats, and starting my period, I didn't gain weight so I am happy about that.
