July 24 - Daily

FOOD:

  • Bread
  • Banana
  • Enchilada filling left overs with bread and avocado
  • Kettle chips and Hummus
  • Stirfry vegetables and rice with peanutbutter sauce
WATER: 73.5 oz

ACTIVITIES:
  • 30 minutes walking to/from office
  • 10 minutes walking Viola
  • 20 minutes heavy cleaning

Note: It looks like I didn't eat a whole lot yesterday. What I did eat had many different vegetables in it both with lunch and dinner and I only ate when hungry and I ate until full.
