FOOD:

  • Banana
  • Peanutbutter and honey sandwich
  • Carrots
  • Hummus and avocado sandwich
  • Popcorn
  • Kettle chips and Salsa
  • Ramen (rice noodles) with carrots, celery, onion, and spices.
WATER: 66.6 oz

ACTIVITIES:
  • 30 minutes walking to/from office
  • 30 minutes walking Viola

Notes:
I felt like near the end of the night I was snacky and not hungry so I stopped eating. I may not have caught it immediately, but once I noticed then I stopped.
