July 10 - Daily

We will be out of town July 12-13 and I will try to eat healthy and drink my water. I don't know if I will get my activity in. I was good yesterday though, but didn't get hungry at dinner and was super sleepy. Eating more today for sure.

FOOD:

  • Banana
  • Chocolate coconut lara bar
  • Pear and apple
  • Rice noodle left overs
  • Kettle chips, salsa, and hummus
WATER: 90.7oz

ACTIVITIES:
  • 30 minutes walking to the office and back
  • 11 minutes heavy cleaning
  • 30 minutes walking Viola
